Krassus & Barbel — Sorry, Sold!
These are our elite select German Shepherd litters — puppies from world-ranked, fully titled sires and dams with IGP/Schutzhund working titles, Kkl1 breed survey by licensed German Körmeister (breed warden), and certified hips and elbows (SV or OFA).
Gunbil German Shepherds has been breeding world-class German Shepherd puppies in Colorado and nationwide for over 26 years. We are a serious, full-time German Shepherd breeder — not backyard breeders and not a weekend adventure. Our select puppies are reserved for families who want some of the best German Shepherd puppies available from proven champion parents.
Our select German Shepherd litters represent the very best puppies we can produce. Each pairing is built on world-ranked sires and dams with proven IGP/Schutzhund working titles, completed Kkl1 breed survey by a licensed German Körmeister (breed warden), and certified hips and elbows.
We have been breeding German Shepherd puppies in Colorado for more than 26 years, full-time — not as a hobby, and not as backyard breeders. Every select litter is planned for health, structure, temperament, and stable character, so families who want top-quality German Shepherd puppies can invest with confidence.
The ZW score is a number used by German Shepherd breeders in Germany (the SV system) to measure the genetic risk of hip dysplasia.
Our select German Shepherd litters are reserved for pairings that meet our highest standards: world-ranked sires and dams, IGP/Schutzhund working titles, completed Kkl1 breed surveys by licensed German Körmeisters, and certified hips and elbows. Only dogs with stable temperament and correct structure are included in our select breeding program.
Combined with more than 26 years of hands-on breeding experience, these requirements allow us to consistently develop top-quality German Shepherd puppies for families seeking an exceptional foundation in the breed.
We do not rely on vague or undefined promises. Every puppy from Gunbil German Shepherds is placed with a written five-year health and temperament guarantee that includes clear terms and accountability. This guarantee reflects the documented health testing, selection, and standards behind our breeding program and is designed to protect both the puppy and the family long after placement.
A reservation secures a puppy from a selected litter and guarantees priority selection. All deposits and purchases are fully refundable for any reason prior to the transfer of possession. No refunds are available once the puppy or dog has been placed with the buyer.
Gunbil German Shepherds places puppies based on suitability, not availability. We are committed to responsibly matching each puppy with an appropriate home, and our responsibility does not end at placement. Accordingly, we reserve the right to decline any placement if, in our reasonable judgment, a puppy or prospective household is not an appropriate match or if placement would not be in the best interest of the puppy.
Your puppy includes vaccinations, deworming, microchip identification, a five-year health and temperament guarantee, complete records, and lifetime breeder support — everything you need for confidence and peace of mind.
Our puppies join their new families at 10 weeks of age, not 8 weeks. This additional time allows for continued development, socialization, and a smoother transition into their new homes. It also allows us to properly evaluate each puppy’s temperament, character, and personality, including assessment of natural drives, so each puppy can be thoughtfully matched to the right home.
